These terms cover your use of Shoplex. We've kept them short and readable. If something here is unclear, ask us — we'd rather explain it than hide behind it.
Shoplex provides software that helps online stores generate product content — images, video, virtual try-on, product copy — and answer customer questions. In these terms, “we” and “Shoplex” mean Shoplex; “you” means the business using the service.
You need an account to use Shoplex. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. You must be able to enter a binding contract on behalf of your business.
We work to keep Shoplex available and running well, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add, or remove features as the product develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what your plan includes, we’ll tell you first.
Shoplex is an early-stage product and some features are still being built. We describe what’s available today, not what’s planned.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your plan includes set monthly allowances for generated content — images, videos, and virtual try-ons. Allowances reset each billing period and don’t roll over. The voice agent add-on is billed per minute of use, and you can set a usage cap.
Current pricing is introductory. We may change prices, and if we do we will give existing customers at least 30 days’ notice before the new price applies to them. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don’t provide partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.
We offer a limited number of pilot places that include a free period. Pilot places are limited and offered at our discretion. When the free period ends, your plan continues at the then-current price unless you cancel first — we’ll remind you before that happens.
You keep ownership of everything you upload — product photos, catalog data, brand material. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
As between you and us, you own the content Shoplex generates for you and can use it commercially. You’re responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. Automated generation can produce inaccurate results, and similar output may be generated for other users.
You confirm you have the rights to what you upload — including any rights needed for photographs of people used with virtual try-on.
Don’t use Shoplex to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, upload material you don’t have permission to use, create misleading claims about products, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or resell it as your own. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Shoplex connects to services you choose, such as your store platform, and relies on third-party providers to generate content. Their own terms apply to their services, and we’re not responsible for what they do.
You can stop using Shoplex and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the service. If we end it without cause, we’ll refund any prepaid time you haven’t used. You can export your data before you leave, and we’ll delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Shoplex is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the product changes. For material changes, we’ll give you reasonable notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use Shoplex after a change means you accept the updated terms.
